Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying agent and license information to ensure document compliance in a financial/insurance setting.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Review: Review the completeness and accuracy of all documents received to ensure they meet the required standards.
  2. Verification: Verify the accuracy of agent and license information to prevent any discrepancies or errors.
  3. Analysis: Analyze the information to determine the proper handling of work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Data Entry: Enter agent, license, and commission information into the system accurately and promptly.
  5. Record Update: Update existing agent records in the system as necessary, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. CORRESPONDENCE: Create and post correspondence as needed, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  7. Workflow Management: Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions, streamlining operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • College Degree: A college degree or undergraduate studies, with at least 2 years of completion.
  • Financial Experience: At least 1 year of experience in financial, healthcare, or insurance accounts, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including data entry and record management software.
  • Availability: Willingness to work full-time onsite in Quezon City, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work well under pressure, with a coachable attitude and openness to feedback for personal performance improvement.
