Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable customer service representative to support our clients in a contact center environment. This role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
