Job Role Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining same-day deliveries across the US. This involves dispatching runs, facilitating cross-functional team collaboration, and interacting daily with driver agents to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Display mastery of logistical systems and utilize them to optimize delivery processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers to ensure timely delivery operations.
  • Ensure high on-time delivery metrics for all assigned markets by monitoring and adjusting delivery schedules as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior management and supervisors to provide positive, ongoing feedback regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and market-specific needs by regularly learning and adapting to changing conditions.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to accommodate shift changes, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • True passion for logistics and execution of rigorous business practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Office Suite and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
