Accounting and Tax Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Tax Services Manager to oversee the delivery of accounting and tax services to Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Australia.

This role will lead a team of accountants and provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients, with excellent communication and delivery organization skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian SME clients
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) and tax returns
  • Supervise and train a team of accountants
  • Advise and engage with clients on various accounting and taxation matters
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
