Job Description

The Head of Release Management oversees the quality delivery of all release functions, defining release strategy and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

  • Manage and optimize the release management process for timely and high-quality software releases.
  • Coordinate across development, testing, and operations to streamline release cycles.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of all releases, including emergency fixes.
  • Develop and maintain release documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the release pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in release management within a technology department.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release pipelines.
  • Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology systems and industry compliance standards.
