About The Role

Bid Coordinator Job Description

The Bid Coordinator is responsible for supporting the estimating team by managing bid documents, organizing proposal submissions, and coordinating deadlines. This role ensures that all bids are submitted accurately and on time, working closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to gather required information.

This includes leading the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects, ensuring timely submission internally and compliance with RFP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Construction Industry Experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical Drawings a plus.
  • Proven track record of multitasking, as well as Outlook email organization.
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • High levels of attention to detail to produce quality documents and ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines.
  • Positive attitude towards customers and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
