Our team is seeking a skilled Bid Specialist to join our Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center. As a key member of the Bid Hub, you will play a vital role in assisting with the creation of services proposals and bids globally.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborate with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide to understand project scope and opportunity.
  • Interact effectively with internal customers to identify functional solution requirements prior to bid estimation.
  • Develop comprehensive services proposals ('bids') to effectively implement solutions worldwide.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.
  • Maintain content in designated repositories to optimize bid creation processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and shifts as required by other regions.
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining open communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and with external clients.
