As a vital part of our Makati Campus, this School Nurse role will play a pivotal role in promoting the health and safety of our school community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of students and staff. This includes providing direct healthcare, conducting health screenings, delivering health education, focusing on disease prevention, administering medications, maintaining accurate health records, and coordinating effectively with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • School Health Services: Provide first aid, administer medications, and conduct health screenings as needed.
  • Health Education: Deliver educational programs to students and staff on healthy habits, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Coordination: Work closely with families, teachers, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Preferably a Registered Nurse with experience in a school setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
  • A genuine interest in children and their health and wellness.
  • Ability to create a safe, healthy school environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
