Healthcare Professional

Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality healthcare services to employees. As a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for administering first aid treatment and medications as needed, conducting health risk assessments, and promoting employee wellness in the workplace.

Responsibilities
  • First Aid: Administer first aid treatment and provide medications for all employees, provide consultation to employees experiencing symptoms of health conditions, assist all injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital if needed, administer the procurement and management of medicines and medical equipment
  • Injury and Disease Prevention and Control: Analyze patterns and trends in medicine requests, injuries and accidents, and other health-related data among employees, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on verification of medical certificates, schedule and assist in annual medical examinations of all employees
  • Occupational Safety and Health: Conduct emergency drills and workplace safety workshops, draft and disseminate information campaigns on workplace safety and health, monitor compliance of employees in submitting 'fit to work' certificates upon returning to work, prepare reports on Employee Health monthly, organize, maintain, and secure employees' medical records
  • Employee Wellness: Administer wellness programs that foster a healthy work environment, monitor and promote employees' health and wellness through active health information dissemination, implement health campaigns and education workshops on mental health awareness, execute enrolment and other processes related to Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), assist employees in claiming their government benefits, act as liaison between People Services team and third-party healthcare and life insurance providers
