Our organization is currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work from home as a Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who has a desire to provide superior services and wants to grow their career with our company.

Job Overview

As a sales representative, your job function will be to contact and onboard new accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a brief qualifying phone interview and enroll/sell new professionals using a soft, scripted, one-call close method.

Responsibilities
  • Following up with applicants by phone to gather information and build their profile.
  • Conducting quick qualifying phone interviews with each prospect.
  • Reviewing program pricing and benefits after the interview.
  • Closing applicants on selecting and purchasing a program.
Additional Details
  • This role does not require any cold calling. Each applicant you speak with has submitted a detailed online application and expressed a high level of interest in joining the company.
  • The primary key performance indicator (KPI) to determine success is the number of new clients enrolled on a weekly basis.
  • Unlike other sales-focused roles, this position does not involve hard selling and is very low-pressure, with a strong emphasis on client experience.
