The Sales Development Representative role is a key position within an organization that creates and develops new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify leads, set appointments between prospective customers and sales representatives.
- Research and identify market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts.
- Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining productivity through frequent calls and emails to clients.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- Maintain professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and phone presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach.
