About the Job

The Sales Development Representative role is a key position within an organization that creates and develops new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads, set appointments between prospective customers and sales representatives.
  • Research and identify market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts.
  • Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining productivity through frequent calls and emails to clients.
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
  • Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and phone presence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach.
