Business Transformation Role

We seek a seasoned financial expert to deliver strategic services to global clients. This individual will leverage technology to enhance financial planning processes and possess a deep understanding of finance challenges.

As an analyst, you will create essential insights for clients through published research and client interaction. You will engage with clients daily via videoconference or at events. Your work will help clients overcome complex challenges to improve their performance.

This role requires the ability to serve as a subject matter expert for finance processes and technologies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of analysts to develop authoritative research and advice that addresses senior finance leaders' priorities and challenges, focusing on technology's impact on planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will also deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients. To succeed in this role, you must stay ahead of developments and issues across finance technologies and processes, as well as related areas such as accounting and treasury management.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience leading finance teams in large multinational organizations with demonstrated expertise in transforming planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and implementing financial planning software.

A strong knowledge of various finance automation vendors and technologies associated with finance processes, data analysis/modelling is required. Experience in integrating finance processes with operational and business strategic plans emphasizing planning agility, scenario planning, and integrated business planning is also essential.

An established track record serving as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to the CFO, collaborating closely on strategic initiatives and financial decision making is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CFA/CPA or equivalent certification is also preferred.
