Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with remote teams, managing capacity, prioritizing tasks, and driving accountability without micromanagement.
