Job Title: Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students, coordinating with instructors, and tracking student progress.

This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, technology skills, and organization skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.


About the Role
  • Provide academic support to students through intakes, coordination with instructors, and tracking progress
  • Actively support regional operations by providing quality customer service, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers
  • Operate seamlessly in a virtual environment by managing class schedules, staffing sessions, and meeting company efficiency targets
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and monitor all students' academic progress

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth in education or a related field
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google applications
