We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and tracking project plans with the project manager, ensuring timely delivery and minimal risk.

This role will involve managing end-to-end artwork development, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules. You will also be responsible for reporting on and coordinating packaging transitions and associated liabilities to minimize financial impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and tracking project plans with the project manager
  • Managing end-to-end artwork development
  • Reporting on and coordinating packaging transitions
  • Acting as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams
  • Maintaining accurate project data
  • Preparing regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders

Requirements include minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities. Experience in consumer packaged goods or food manufacturing environments is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
