We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Global Project Coordinator for Learning & Development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences. As a Global Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating project schedules, deadlines, and milestones
  • Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Managing project documentation, including reports, minutes, and action items
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
