Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-desk activities: Receive documents, visitors, and delivery personnel, and notify concerned employees of their arrival.
- Admin & HR support: Plan and organize company activities, provide support in employee relations, and maintain attendance records.
- Office Administration: Track employee attendance, effort reports, leave balances, and overtime meal and transportation reimbursements. Assist in processing compensatory leaves and verifying employee claims.
- Training Support: Prepare training plans, consolidate and track training feedback, and assist in coordinating with counterparts in other offices.
- Other duties: Provide administrative support, recommend changes as appropriate, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with ability to deliver under pressure.
- Diligent, quick to grasp instructions, and eager to learn.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
