Seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute client campaigns and projects effectively, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client performance data and present recommendations to clients.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses near-native English proficiency and has a minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting SEO and PPC operations at a digital marketing agency.

We are looking for someone with strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals, as well as proven experience in agency client relationship management and workflow dynamics.

  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics.
