Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and issues.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous call center experience with a focus on customer service and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
