Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global support team.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services to our customers, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement in our operations and service delivery.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless global operations and provide guidance and coaching to your team members. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer or DBA and have managed or led remote or globally distributed teams. They will possess strong technical depth in Linux and open source databases and familiarity with Percona software such as PMM and related technologies.
