Customer Support Excellence Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to be part of a customer experience team as a key support member, responsible for delivering top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and efficient responses to client inquiries through various channels.
  • Deliver personalized service that meets each client's unique needs, creating a sense of care and attention.
  • Manage client concerns by resolving issues promptly or coordinating further action when necessary.
Administrative Tasks
  • Enter data accurately and follow up as per established service level agreements.
  • Effectively manage Jira tickets for client inquiries.
Improvement and Reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest innovative solutions to elevate customer service standards.
  • Provide recommendations for administrative processes to streamline, simplify, and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Active problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Experience in Jira ticket management.
Additional Notes
  • Must be available for a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT).
  • Must work within Australian time zones.
  • Required to work on non-national public holidays.
