As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the business by gathering and analyzing requirements for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements through various means such as meetings, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation to ensure clarity and understanding among stakeholders.
  • Performing basic data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Helping develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assisting in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing to validate business requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project execution.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
