Real Estate Operations Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a top-producing realtor based in Maryland.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a realtor, particularly at Keller Williams, and be proficient in social media and CRM tools. They should also be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to work EST hours (Maryland time).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage brand consistency and engagement on social media
  2. Run basic reports and assist with paid ads on Facebook and Google
  3. Update monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and website content
  4. Organize and manage 1,900+ leads
  5. Tag, update, and clean contact data
  6. Skiptrace and validate information
  7. Nurture leads via SMS, email, and follow-up
  8. Send daily end-of-day reports

 

Admin Support:

  1. Assist with buyer/seller presentations
  2. Maintain systems, SOPs, and basic financial tracking using tools like Asana, GSuite, and Excel

 

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting a realtor (Keller Williams is a plus)
  • Strong skills in social media and CRM tools
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Comfortable working EST hours (Maryland time)
