What You'll Do:

  2. Transaction Management:">
  3. Coordinate closings, manage escrow accounts, prepare and review documents, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.">
  4. Work closely with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction experience.">
  5. Prepare and review CD/HUD forms using lender instructions, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately calculated and documented.">
  6. Assemble, prepare, and review all closing documents before the closing date to ensure completeness and accuracy.">
  7. Calculate prorated taxes and interest to ensure accurate financial disbursements at closing.">
  8. Prepare and disburse checks as part of the closing process, ensuring all funds are correctly allocated and distributed.">
