Business Development Professional

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, and at least 1 year of work experience in Lease Admin or Tenant Relations. They will also be adept in technology and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business proposals and presentation materials.
  • Research potential clients and shadow with the business development team to meet potential clients.
  • Coordinate listings with the business development head.
  • Prepare meeting minutes during client meetings.
  • Organize and monitor manpower headcount for upcoming accounts.
  • Collate and organize business proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare documentation pertaining to business proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure that all client meetings are properly coordinated internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with operations on site for leasing documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and establish rapport and exhibit proper conduct in dealing with existing and prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Lease Admin or Tenant Relations.
