Industrial Automation Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the industrial automation sector.
Your primary focus will be on mastering offer knowledge and understanding market conditions and segments. You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure that we are effectively engaging with customers and delivering value-added solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes. You will also need to be able to develop and execute effective business strategies, drive market share growth, and optimize profitability.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Automation
- At least a few years of hands-on experience in Variable Speed Drive Low Voltage, Automation Components, Human Machine Interface, Automation Control or Motion Control, and Industrial Software
- Strong understanding of market conditions and segments
