Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to support patients in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enrolling patients in philanthropic aid programs, managing post-enrollment work, reviewing patient enrollments for accuracy and completeness, escalating and appealing patient assistance denials, coordinating medication deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.
