Responsibilities- Answer phone calls, emails, and SMS patient inquiries with politeness and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and referrals efficiently
- Process intake forms and maintain accurate patient records in EMR
- Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with billing staff as needed
- Collaborate with in-person staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- 1+ year experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential
