Marketing Manager Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive client acquisition, and support the growth of our event-driven business model. This role requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate the activities of the marketing team, including content writers, social media managers, and graphic designers, to ensure all efforts are aligned with our marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing. They will be proficient in creating and distributing content across multiple platforms, including the company website, event blogs, social media, and email campaigns targeting executive-level participants.

This role also involves implementing digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategies, to boost event visibility and audience engagement. The successful candidate will be able to monitor website and campaign performance, working closely with SEO specialists to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates for our event pages.

Additionally, this role requires the ability to stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will track the performance of marketing campaigns and assist in generating reports with actionable insights for optimizing future initiatives.

This role involves managing and coordinating a remote or international marketing team, ensuring smooth communication, alignment with global strategies, and efficient execution of marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure all marketing activities and content align with our brand voice, values, and premium positioning in the event and networking space.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in event-driven or B2B settings
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing
