Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Professional to support our marketing team in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate event logistics, branding, speaker preparation, promotions, and post-event content to ensure seamless execution.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones, collaborating with internal experts to facilitate thought leadership content.
  • Campaign Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance, focusing on LinkedIn and other digital channels, and help monitor content performance to suggest improvements based on engagement and data.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across all event touchpoints.
  • Preparing or assisting in creating video scripts, storyboards, and screen recordings to support designer-led editing.
  • Drafting and publishing event-related materials, including invites, promo posts, and recaps.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all content and marketing assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internship experience welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
