Marketing Data Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing customer journeys and creating data-driven insights that drive business growth.

As a Marketing Data Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up full-funnel tracking, building dashboards to visualize conversion rates and drop-off points, and partnering with cross-functional teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements.


Responsibilities:
  • Set up comprehensive tracking from ad click to sign-up to retention.
  • Develop interactive dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Analyze paid media and content campaigns across various channels.
  • Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, call-to-action, and audience segment.
  • Surface actionable recommendations for improving marketing performance.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers.
  • Compile intelligence to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
  • Produce regular marketing performance reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to connect marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel dynamics, and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar event-based analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
