Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.

This role involves developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials. As a creative and detail-oriented professional, you will play a key part in our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Design and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Content Management: Manage and update content for internal platforms like company intranets.
  • Brand Consistency: Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with bid document creation and layout, coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks using project management tools.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is highly preferred.
