About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Sustainability Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive positive change and enhance stakeholder engagement.

With expertise in sustainable development and reporting, you will play a key role in driving the organization's sustainability journey, supporting strategic goals and ensuring compliance with local and global sustainability frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainability Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Analyze data and translate it into actionable business insights.
    • Manage end-to-end sustainability projects from conception to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
    • Monitor progress against set goals, targets, and KPIs.
  • ESG Reporting and Disclosures:
    • P Prepare and submit accurate and transparent sustainability reports and disclosures, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data and information required for ESG reporting.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging ESG issues to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and community partners, to foster collaboration and address material sustainability concerns.
