The Sustainability Officer directly supports the ESG Head in the execution, coordination, and monitoring of Group-wide sustainability programs and initiatives. Given the growing scope and complexity of ESG compliance, capacity-building data management, and reporting requirements, a dedicated Sustainability Officer is necessary to provide operational and analytical support.

The Sustainability Officer will be tasked to:

  • Assist in implementing ESG programs and projects in alignment with the Group ESG Roadmap

  • Coordinate data collection, validation, and documentation for ESG reporting (e.g., GRI, SEC, ISSB-aligned disclosures)

  • Support ESG monitoring efforts across clusters and Member Companies using TDG's sustainability reporting platform (e.g., Komunidad or equivalent)

  • Contribute to the preparation of internal and external ESG communication materials (e.g., reports, training decks, presentations)

  • Maintain a tracker of regulatory developments and ESG trends that impact TDG operations

  • Provide logistical and documentation support for ESG events, training, and capacity-building sessions

  • Assist in monitoring the performance of sustainability KPIs and updating dashboards and scorecards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
