About the Role
As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, the first point of connection between clients and our powerhouse team of professionals ready to serve them. Handling 50-100 inbound calls a day, you'll serve as the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but truly engages them—laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship. You'll be the critical link guiding clients from their first call to a formal consultation with our experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent us with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they contact us.
- Handle high-volume calls with precision: manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with our experts for consultations.
- Own the client journey: partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements:
- Proven sales or customer service experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification).

- This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
