We're looking for an expert to help hotels and resorts efficiently manage guest interactions and enhance the overall experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in implementing our innovative messaging platform and tailoring it to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to facilitate seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support via various channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and promote product adoption.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and customer needs to provide exceptional support.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, or Tagalog.
  • Project Management certification.
