As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support on our products, troubleshooting technical challenges via live chat and tickets that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert support on our products via live chat and tickets.
- Simplifying complex technical issues into actionable steps.
- Contributing to different teams or projects that enhance the customer experience.
- Enhancing our Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support.
- Keeping updated on our product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent English language skills (C1 or native).
- Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels and website troubleshooting).
