Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and guiding users through complex problems, leveraging new technology to build processes that enhance efficiency and developing self-service opportunities for a seamless customer experience.
The role involves resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. It also requires managing multiple customer cases simultaneously, providing timely and accurate customer feedback, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced tech environment, enhancing speed and efficiency to provide customers with an exceptional experience. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to pivot and adapt to changes, will be essential in driving success.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in computer science or information technology, along with prior experience in tech or web-based platform support. Experience with Intercom and Stripe/Paddle is advantageous, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, solid knowledge of the product, and common issues.
