Senior Paid Media Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and optimize our paid social campaigns. As a key team member, you will be responsible for building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to inform the team and optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) campaigns to completion.
  • Analyze performance drivers using data-first approach to optimize channel ROI.
  • Maintain campaign quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis responsibilities.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social US team.
  • Utilize project management tools(i.e., Asana) to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments across paid social channels.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large-scale growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A curiosity to understand what is happening and why it is happening.
  • A passion for growth and building things while being willing to get hands-on.
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical startup environment.
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities and a natural hustler with a contagious can-do attitude.

  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or relevant experience in a performance marketing or commercial role.
  • 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc).
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
