Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Paid Channel Management: Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies to drive high-quality leads and ensure brand visibility.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Design and manage full-funnel campaigns that generate qualified leads and demos for sales teams.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on visuals that perform well.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with the web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts effectively.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly budgets to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
  • Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
