We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Paraplanning and Client Service Officer in our dynamic financial advisory practice. This position requires an individual who can work independently, think critically, and build strong relationships with colleagues.

  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience by delivering exceptional service and support across client service and paraplanning tasks.
  • Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end client service processes, preparing and reviewing Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents, as well as supporting financial advisers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • This is a remote role that offers flexibility and minimal supervision, allowing you to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
