We are searching for an Xplan Support Desk expert from the Philippines.

You will be responsible for the following:

The primary responsibility of the role will be to support activities relating to help queries from advisers and support staff relating to technology solutions, with a focus in Xplan. Advice Technology is managed and executed within a high-quality service-focused environment.

You must possess:

  • Min 2 years experience with Xplan software. This would suit an FP Admin or Paraplanner looking to explore back-end support for Xplan users.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive approach.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and apply new skills as required.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Time and Work Management

  • Consistently meets deadlines.
  • Assists with urgent work as requested in a prompt manner which maybe outside standard hours.
  • Keeps Manager up to date with progress.
  • Demonstrates good time management skills.
  • An understand that you need to be accessible at any time to attend to urgent business matters.
  • Prioritises tasks to meet expectations, and gets things done (and done well).
