Job Title: Mortgage Broker Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant to support our mortgage broking team in delivering exceptional client service and administrative excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Assist mortgage brokers in preparing and submitting loan applications to lenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of loan applications, tracking progress, and updating CRM systems as required.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Australian mortgage broking support or back-office loan processing.
  • Proven track record in preparing, submitting, and tracking loan applications for Australian lenders and aggregators.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lender communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud collaboration tools, including CRM software.
  • Availability to work AEST/ACST hours, aligned with South Australia business times.
