Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality construction documents.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional who can provide technical leadership, guide staff, and drive projects from 5,000 to 200,000 sq. ft. forward.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Team Leadership
  • Supervise project teams, collaborate with the Project Architect, and ensure consistent design across all projects.
  • Clients Relationship Management
  • Identify emerging markets, understand client needs, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software.
  • Problem-Solving and Mentoring
  • Knowledge of building codes (IBC experience highly valued).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading project teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

You will work closely with the Project Architect to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders.

As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.
