Virtual Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Virtual Project Manager to oversee the success of our construction projects.

  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and communications with trade partners.
  • Streamline processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with procurement, trade partner documentation, and W-9 collection.
Key Responsibilities:

The Virtual Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Preparing scopes of work and distributing them to trade partners.
  • Managing invoices, receipts, and financial reconciliation.
  • Creating detailed project plans and Gantt charts.
  • Developing project estimates and tracking expenses.
  • Generating take-offs and soliciting bids from trade partners.
  • Managing contracts and processing invoices from trade partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The Virtual Project Manager will provide full project support to our construction operations and work closely with the site team to streamline processes and ensure successful project outcomes.
