  • Monitoring of Multi Skilled Technician Plantilla & Construction
  • Scoring & monitoring of on time completion of MST Job orders (Job Order Management)
  • Conduct daily status inspection and reporting of works, manpower, and equipment.
  • Assist the project assigned for the proper implementation and execution of works during actual construction.
  • Provide accurate coordination of works and materials required during the ongoing construction of the project.
  • Coordination with other professions involved in construction projects including Gen. Contractors professionals.
  • Ensures project completion in accordance with timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly performance status reports including actual cost per project.
  • Keeping a record of files properly.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or any related courses.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field id required for this position.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures (major & minor), materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Cost Estimation. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Must be knowledgeable with the National Building Code, Fire Code of the Phil., Plumbing Code, Electrical Code, and Accessibility Code of the Phil., and their application.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications, Autocad, Sketch-up and other software programs.
  • Knowledge of understanding interior plans and drawings.
  • Willing to do field work if necessary
