Recruiter Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, and conducting video interviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong interviewing skills, a knack for spotting great talent, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our Hiring Managers. You will also need to stay calm under pressure, bring creativity to your work, and prioritize quality over quantity in your hiring process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our COO, collaborate with decision-makers, and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review applications and assess qualifications
  • Conduct video interviews and present qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand roles and identify strong fits
  • Document assessments in our ATS clearly and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
