Dental Claims Specialist Role

As a key figure in our operations team, the Dental Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing claims, resolving issues, and providing support to clients.

  • Claim Management: Follow-up status of outstanding insurance claims, ensuring all follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
  • Claims Processing: Send out claims and attachments to insurance, determine denial validity, and address them accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, EFT reports, and retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting.
  • Clearing Rejected Claims: Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis, update the office tracker, and complete assigned follow-ups.

This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written English skills, a background in dental insurance or collections, and 3+ years of hands-on collections experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote position.
