Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, driving product development and business growth from conception to launch.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for Engineering and Business projects, including third-party integrations, eCommerce technology, and process enhancements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the company, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
  • Enhance platform and feature capabilities through streamlined processes and automation.
Requirements & Development Lifecycle
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements and feedback, facilitating open communication between teams.
  • Define high-level product requirements, translating them into detailed tasks for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Departments to aid in the design and development of technology-based process improvements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Learn a solid understanding of business and technology workflows to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective project completion across all stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, competing priorities, and roadblocks, enabling team members to achieve common goals efficiently.
  • Advocate for technical capabilities and business needs, bridging the gap between technology and operations.
  • Manage technology development efforts while driving business re-engineering, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience, preferably with eCommerce knowledge.
  • eCommerce Platform Expertise: Proven understanding of various eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Product Documentation: Excellent ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams.
  • Requirements Analysis: Strong experience performing thorough requirements analysis through independent research and testing methodologies.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Methodology Acumen: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and other relevant project methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, articulating complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Problem-Solving: Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving complex challenges.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and interdependently within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: Inclination to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas that drive business strategy and growth.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Direct client-facing communication experience, demonstrating the ability to manage expectations and gather feedback is desired but not mandatory.
