Strategic Project Lead

Job Description:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, focusing on video content.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, managing timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Report directly to the CMO on project status and team performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably in a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in ClickUp, with knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
